I posted this clue awhile ago, but it was way too cryptic for our Eastern USA webmasters to figure out how to post it.  Thanks to some help from Funhog, I've revised my clues and the post in general; and hopefully I've made it a little easier, rather than harder.  Have fun hunting for this one, those who haven't found it!

Title: "Woodsy" the mystery box.

Location:  Oregon, zone 2.

Clues:  Probably difficult, but I know how smart you all are.

Terrain:  Easy

On October 3, 2002, Quentos placed his first box.  The clues are cryptic; the first three point out the general location, or where to look,  solving the last clue should tell you where exactly to find the box (within the parameters of the first three clues!)

1.   Silly, I'm parka owl

2.   Depressed French friend heard carp wrongly.

3.   Iowa MP messed up in a lark

4.   Remember the goats' nemesis?  Well, he likes the title of a certain Red Hot Chilli peppers song.
